1. Definitions
Withdrawal period: the period of 14 days within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Consumer: a natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any tool enabling the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Company: The Watch Office.
Distance contract: a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of consumer and entrepreneur.

3. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
4. The Offer
All offers are non-binding and may be amended at any time.
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible but may contain minor deviations. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
5. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer and fulfilment of the conditions.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders under reasonable grounds.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating any reason.
This period starts the day after receipt of the product.
Handling of the product during the withdrawal period
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be allowed in a physical store.
The product:
- must not be worn or used beyond inspection
- must remain in its original condition
- must include all protective elements (including stickers and seals)
Product-specific condition (watches)
Watches may only be inspected during the 14-day withdrawal period and must not be worn. Returns are only accepted in original, unworn condition.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer must notify withdrawal within 14 days via:

After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Return methods
Returns may be made via:
- personal delivery
- insured shipping
Return requirements
Returned products must:
- be fully insured for at least the full purchase value
- be returned in original condition
- include all accessories and packaging
The company reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
7. Costs and Risk of Return
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Returns must be shipped via insured delivery.
The risk of loss or damage during return remains with the consumer until receipt by the entrepreneur.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
The entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received and verified.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Depreciation
The consumer is liable for any depreciation in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
8. Pricing
The company operates under the margin scheme, meaning VAT is not shown separately and VAT invoices cannot be issued.
Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
9. Conformity and Warranty
Each watch is carefully inspected before being offered for sale and, when necessary, professionally serviced to ensure proper functionality. Despite this, unexpected mechanical issues may occasionally occur. Therefore, we provide a 12-month warranty on every watch purchased through our store.
This warranty exclusively covers mechanical defects related to the movement of the watch. It does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
The warranty specifically excludes, but is not limited to:
- Water resistance and waterproof performance
- Damage to or loss of the crystal/glass
- Winding stem, crown, springs, pushers, buttons, or similar external components
- Straps and bracelets
- Damage caused by impact, dropping, shocks, dirt, dust, or moisture entering the watch
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any repairs, modifications, or tampering carried out by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty immediately.

10. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.
Delays do not entitle the consumer to compensation.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
11. Payment
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
12. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery.
The entrepreneur will respond within 2 working days.
13. Disputes
Dutch law applies exclusively.
The Vienna Convention on the Sale of Goods does not apply.
